Alison Eschrich is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst dedicated to providing compassionate, trauma-informed care to children, families, and communities. With dual licensure in behavior analysis and mental health, she brings a unique perspective that integrates evidence-based ABA practices with therapeutic insight, always centering dignity, safety, and collaboration in her work.

Alison is passionate about empowering families and equipping caregivers with practical, sustainable strategies that promote growth and resilience. She values cultural responsiveness, individualized treatment planning, and fostering strong therapeutic relationships that honor each person’s experiences.

She holds a B.A. in Developmental Psychology from William Jessup University, an M.A. in Psychology from Brandman University, and a post-graduate certification in Applied Behavior Analysis from Brandman University.
