Debra Woolard, MS, BCBA, LBA

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with extensive experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2008. I have been serving individuals of all ages, including children, adolescents, and adults, in various settings such as schools, homes, and clinics.

Having obtained my BCBA certification in 2018, I am dedicated to applying evidence-based strategies to improve the lives of individuals with behavioral challenges. I am passionate about helping others reach their full potential and strive to create personalized treatment plans that are effective and sustainable.

My approach to therapy is rooted in fun and play based with an emphasis on empathy, compassion, and truly caring for the whole person. I believe in building a strong rapport with my clients and their families to foster a supportive and trusting environment. I am committed to promoting positive behavior change and empowering individuals to achieve their goals.

I am grateful for the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of those I work with and look forward to continuing to support and advocate for individuals with diverse needs.

On a personal note, I am fortunate to have a loving partner, three daughters and one son. I thrive on the chaos of family life and find joy in the everyday moments of love and connection.
